In this role you will support German customers of our client. Your responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer support requests via telephone, tickets, chat and mail;
- Maintaining contact with external and internal clients (operations, sales, import, etc.);
- Coordinate and follow-up all customer after sales questions about the technical products of our client;
- Provide first & second line technical support.
- Bachelor level of education;
- > 3 years of experience in a Technical Support (B2B) role;
- Strong affinity with and/or experience within IT (software / hardware related);
- Strong written & oral communication skills in German (native/near native), Dutch (native / near native) and English;
- Good telephone voice;
- Competencies: service driven attitude, accurate, pro-active, optimistic, problem solver, confident communicator, innovative and independent.
